I purchased from Compuindia on Monday 28th Dec 2015 from Naveen Kumar &
it was delivered on 30th Dec 2015.
Unfortunately laptop which was sent to me was faulty Laptop(Completely Dead) I called support team after troubleshooting part they said it seems this is the dead laptop they have their engineer first to visit place my& if required they will be replacing the laptop
I called again Mr. Naveen Kumar, I would say this is very unfortunate to talk to him, Naveen, he was so polite when I purchased from him now he misbehaved he uses the words which I do not think a customer representative should use
insist of understanding my problem he was talking like street boys to me
I am really disappointed with customer service from dell, if this is the way your team is talking to customer they are not willing to help the customer
