I discuss with siddarth executive I made a payment of 3000 amount on10th Nov for a package 6 months for multi property postings and that was explained over phone. Later I learnt that, the package explained was completely different from the one being offered. I tried to talk to a lot of commonfloor people, with no use. I requested for a refund but no one responds. I call customer service almost everyday, they promise someone will callback but no one does. Once the manager sinu sebastian even said, he has other important work not just hear my case.
