We have more than 15 visits to Columbia Asia, Yeshwanthpur. I can say simply "The best hospital in Bangalore". Whenever I feel there is an emergency for my son, the default option for is CA - Yeswanthpur. Readily available duty doctors in emergency, reasonable billing, availability of medicine in pharmacy and payment, car parking, peaceful environment in hospital, canteen on top floor ...everything is best. The front office receiving is ultimate in this hosptial. The best hospital for Pediatric division, under the guidance of Chief Dr. Aravind Kasargod. Good doctors for pediatric are Dr. Preethi Kiran and Dr. Sai Prasad.
And the other way, the Columbia Asia - Hebbal is the worst. I have more than 3 visits here. Every time, they insist on registration charges. They are so lazy to search for the existing MRN with name and contact details. If you remember MRN, you can save your registration charges. Otherwise, new registration. And, funny thing is .. while duty doctor attending the patient and while explaining the case to doctor, security guards will come and insist you to finish the registration payment first. And pharmacy pathetic, I have got three medicines prescribed by Consulting Doctor, out of which 2 are out of stock.
I am really wondered how they are different under same management!! But, thanks for Hebbal branch for recommending meto Yeswanthpur branch. :)
