This company recruit resource whenever needed by their client.
They don't disclose the agreement to resource, made between them and client with respect to resource and change their own policies as and when required.
They remove the resource/employee without giving any notice to employee.
Saying "We cannot pay you"
The only important thing for them is to get commission from client for supply of resource.
They don't follow any ethics when recruiting or terminating resource.
