Colgate total is good one paste. My dentist suggested me to use this paste. I was having cavity in my teeth when I suggested she told md to use this one. It has good fragnance and create much foam .it keeps your mouth fresh and smell do not comes from mouth. It is present in packof single and two both. Its consumption is less. And easy ti use .
As I later used other but it is much effective and stops cavity and grow up of bacteria and keeps mouth fresh
