I am also one of the slaves working here. I joined CTS by Sept. Now I am pushed into a project which I don't like. .I agreed to it initially because of the pressure in bench. Now I have got a better offer but they are asking me to join by this month. I have put down my papers only two days back.
I had a meet with the HR. I have mentioned that it was because of family reasons that I am quitting. .He asked me what the problem was and I told him its because of my mother's health. I asked him for a quick release.
He says he wants to take a look at my mother's reports. What should I do now ? Advice me guys.
