Worst company I worked in my career. Horrible senior management, equally poor compensation and no work life balance.
I worked for 2 years at onsite, surprised to see the level of politics at offshore. They will do everything to deny you your benefits and promotion just for the sake of some non-performers who is good for nothing but yet servile to the senior management.
Most employees starting from SA stop working and are only good at playing blame games. Most work is done only by entry level associates.
