This company is like you can see your future next sitting with you.salary will be 10-18k for below engineering profile and above 20 for rest as a fresher. After one year salary will be increase according to the rating you get for your work. Job is very secure here because company have big bench strength so generally don't fire instantly but you should not violate cts protocols. Work environment is very cool. You not need to panic about seniors everyone work as a team. CEO of cognizant is very transparent and understand his employees.
