Today I would like to share my views an about organisation name Cogenteservices pvt. Ltd. Here I started working with this company on date 15/03/2016 near about 6 months I worked their I was working for about paytm process as I heard about my freinds about one of the good process.Here the process is very nice and good but about the management and policies of the company is very pathetic or I would like to use more bad word.I m saying because its some of examples like if you half minute late then they mark you as half day, they provide you the first salary after 2 months which include 15 days training and they used to keep 15 days advance salary with them.If their is any unkown deduction of salary know one going to take the responsibilities of that.On free of cost they used to say for stretech your working timing.Overall this company is worse for fresher and also for experience.
