Guys, I just want to share my real time experience that I felt while working here.
1.Seniors are so egoistic they never cooperate with juniours.
2.Poor working environment , workers used to speak im abuseive language.
3.They always give un practical target to achive, A worker can't complete the work withing shift so they have to extend without getting payout for extra shift.
4.Salary issue is also here.They don't release salary of executive if they are unable to complete their monthly target or if by any emergency they taken more than 2 holidays between 1st to 10th day of month.
