Did we ever think that why are we drinking cola? For joy? No friends it is just an addiction, it is just like a drug and some people are very addicted to drink it. Drinking cola means you have consumed 10 tea spoon of sugar.
But you did not even know just because of phosphoric acid which reduce the sweet taste.
When this heavy amount of sugar enters in our body, sugar in the blood increases suddenly and causes insulin explosion. So drinking cola is very harmful for body. In the summer season people drinks cola products but they even don't know that glass bottle would not wash properly because of workload and public demand. So if possible avoid drinking in glass bottle. I am again saying **avoid drinking in glass bottle**.
One day I did a practical, **I purchased cola bottle and put all the liquid in the pot. I light the gas stove and heated it. after 10 minutes what I saw? That was looking like coal tar**. So what will it do inside our body? you can also do this practical at your home. Drinking juice is very beneficial but how much beneficial cola is?
