Firstly they have an extremely incompetent customer care team compsing of Ritu, Prachi and Ahmed(supposed to be head of customer care)!
Below is summary of my experience with this company;
I had applied for their membership package in February 2025 through the companys employees Ashutosh Tripathi and Kuldeep Sisodia, who at the time of selling me the package PROMISED me to provide a valid GST invoice. I agreed to buy their membership only on that condition. But immediately after purchasing the membership, their company policies changed and all of them including Ashutosh and Kuldeep refused to provide a GST invoice to me with my GSTIN which I am legally entitled to. So would I be wrong to assume that they want to cheat the GST department of India along with their customers? For this reason I cancelled the membership with this company on March 01, 2025. They did not reply to my cancellation for many many days even after repeated follow-ups. Then on March 07, 2025 they sent me an email mentioning some deductions which they will be making in my refund. Finally I was forced to agree to their deductions on March 18, 2025 or else they would not refund my entire money. Without any choice I agreed to their deductions.
From March 18, 2025 onwards I kept emailing Ritu and Prachi and Ahmed(their inefficient customer care team) and calling them on the customer care number of the company but all they did was arrogantly repeated like a parrot that your refund will be processed within 90 days. Ahmed was so dedicated to his job that he refused to come on the phone post March 2025. So I do not understand what kind of a customer care head is he who does not want to speak to the customers but hides behind incompetent people like Ritu and Prachi. The casualness and ARROGANCE they showed while replying to emails and answering on the phone to me shows how unprofessional and incompetent they all are are.
After the period of 90 days which lapsed on June 15, 2025, the lethargy and irresponsibility Ritu and team showed towards refunding my money to me was absolutely frustrating and disappointing, but she seemed to take pride in doing whatever she was doing in troubling the customers. She even did not hesitate in shouting and screaming at the customers on the phone when they called her to ask for their legit refund! Guess she lacks the professional etiquette and manners in dealing with customers.
I finally received my refund on June 21, 2025(6 days delayed after completion of your stated 90 days) after making unreasonable and illegitimate deductions. Now I would like to say that if she(Ritu) wanted she could have transferred the amount long back without troubling me but she was waiting for the matter to be escalated to her bosses and seniors to make her act on anything. The internet is filled with negative reviews about this company not refunding the customers money in whole or belatedly. Now I know it's only because of employees like Ritu and Ahmed that this company is maybe suffering. Employees like them work only under the threat of seniors or legal issues, otherwise believe in only mentally harassing the customers until they break down and give up.
Ritu transferred the first refund installment on June 18, 2025, then on June 20, 2025 and finally on June 21, 2025. But in between these dates she mentally harassed me and caused a lot of discomfort and trauma to me for which I solely hold her responsible. She made me follow up numerous times and then gave rude replies. Even on June 21, 2025 she could have transferred the balance refund amount if she wanted to but for some reason best known to her, she wanted to delay it to the next day again. Only after I spoke to her Directors is that she got up from her slumber and after her Director called her up, she finally did it in 10 minutes. When she could do it 10 minutes through mobile transfer, then what was making her postpone the refund again and again for over 4 months? She and Ahmed were were actually taking pleasure in delaying the refund of a customer and enjoying torturing him. I now pity the numerous other customers who are waiting for their refunds which are stuck in the hands of unprofessional people like Ritu and Ahmed.
Ritu made me wait for 4+ months for my refund causing me a lot of mental harassment and agony which cannot be quantified. First this company wants to defraud the GST department by not giving me a GST invoice, then Ritu and Ahmed harass a customer for his legit refund for 4+ months. Just tell me what did Ritu and Ahmed gain out of all this? A meagre sum of 25K that they wrongly deducted from my amount? But at what cost? By getting their company a bad name and creating a completely unhappy and dissatisfied customer who would never even think of recommending this company. But incompetent and incapable employees will never understand and acknowledge their misdeeds and faults.
This company had all the access and money with them but they were just looking for an excuse to postpone the refund so that the customer calls them again and again and again and finally gives up on their refund.
Ritu's favourite and only dialogue when contacted is .HO JAYEGA SIR, AAP PARESHAN MAT HO! Its sad that incompetent employees like Ahmed and Ritu will never understand what it is to be mentally harassed.
All in all this was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience with this company and Ritu, Prachi and Ahmed. I am sharing my experience here online so that other innocent people DO NOT fall prey to their hands again.
ONCE YOUR MONEY IS WITH THIS COMPANY, THERE IS NO RESPONSE OR ACCOUNTABILITY TAKEN BY ANYONE IN THE COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, RATHER PLAN YOUR HOLIDAY YOURSELF AND ENJOY IT!
