Worst website for orders. Review on Clovia

Hi All,

Don't buy anything from clovia.com, I have ordered on 16th december' 15 and on chat someone written that I will get my order within 5-6 days but still I have not receied any msg, mail and yes call also. if you gonna call to clovia customer.so its customer's big fault. they never pick any call .bcoz all the time no.busy and disconnect the call.chat response is very slow.clovia customer care is really worst .guys I m telling u this is my first shopping that I have already made the payment.

But they didn't ship the order still.please dont buy any thing from this site .they have only attractive offers .but they don't fulfill ur requirement.Really a worst webiste I have ever seen in my life.worst manager who cant manage a customer care.worst team also .this is my order - 858382 . Mr. Pankaj vermani .i hope u will do smthng n fire ur manager who is not responsible for anything, u will loose so many customers .u will so much sales also .and the reputation clovia soon will be down like zero .
