I have a terrible experience from cloud nine whitefield scanning department.
They randomly cancel the appointment at the last min and even after connecting with multiple people and escalating nobody gives any solution.
They don’t even substitute with other doctor.
They are totally irresponsible and unprofessional.
Problem caused:
>I missed my doctor appointment due to scanning appointment being cancelled
>I had applied leave for consultation which got wasted
>I had travelled from my hometown and I had return back without scanning or consultation being pregnant due to this.
It is not what is expected from reputed hospital like Cloudnine and this is not what we expect for a premium corporate employees.
I have a bad experience at the very first step of mom to be and I don’t like to continue with this hospital for rest of my journey.
And being a manager of an MNC IT company I will suggest all my employees to not to have this Cloudnine as even an option
