1st time in cloud nine hospital for treatment and came because a friend refered to see Dr.Sumana Gurunath. I was told to come 15mins early for registration and I reached here 25 mins early. My appointment was at 12 pm but at that time waiting for 25 mins already when I approached reception to enquire, they said it will take time as doctor had a procedure which got postponed for today and we have more patients waiting. Great this is my first experience and here I already hate the service as the hospital doesn't think that its their responsibility to call and inform the delay to the visiting patients. You are running your show on our money hence respect our time and presence oe else every bad service has to repay one day.
