Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Compared to the other biggies like Yatra.com and Makemytrip.com, Cleartrip looks very clean and easy to use. The bookings are swift and I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. I quite like their small world feature which lets you go into detail of any place you would like to visit. I hope that they start booking for buses soon. Another area of improvement could be the number of hotels available and discounts as I think travelguru. com does a better job on that front.
