3rd Grade hotel, Comfort Inn Vyshak,
I booked this hotel through Cleartrip but I am not getting any response from them, I think cleartrip is also not concerned about their customers.
Do not go with online ratings, this hotel is one of the worst hotels. online ratings are FALSE, in reality Hotel is in VERY VERY BAD condition. As soon as you check in you will find your room is smelling with Cigarette smell, after that if you think to freshen up you will find TAP is not working, WC is broken(both rooms I shifted), Bathroom door not closing, lock not working, more over there is no HOT WATER through out my stay. My family members called reception for hot water and he got very bad response, reception person Mahesh M. started talking in louder voice. When I intervene he threaten to see outside hotel. Hotel have employed some GOONS in their hotel. The situation so worsened that I had to call police. I hope whoever reading this will concern for their family safely.
