Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Firstly I must say that allt he travel booking sites are more or less working on the same lines when it comes to bookings, cancelations and refunds. -what I dont appreciate is if airlines have erratic timings why cant the customer support too work for 24hrs? -secondly I wanted to reschedule my booked ticket , on the website it has been wr\itten that it costs Rs 300 + fare differences.


however I was informed through their CR the charges are the same for cancelation as well as rescheduling that is  airline charge of Rs 750+ cleartrip charge of 350/- = Rs1050.


now why shud a consumer spend the same amount especially when in cancellation the refund takes more than 2 weeks.so my money is still stuck with them.


also why should only credit card holders be entertained for rescheduling...but debit card holders cant bloody reschedule but have to take the long procedure of cancellation +2weeks waiting for refund...


do you think we are bunch of idiots....
