Cleartrip_Support Cares

Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Booked a ticket to US with them; had to cancel it subsequently, it took them over a Month to issue the refund check, and that too after I contacted them numerous times via phone and email; all these E commerce websites in India have backend operations in infamous Gurgaon where they are staffed by illiterate and incompetent boys and girls (no not men and women, they are all kids) who have no knowledge of the business involved and absolutely no training in dealing with public.


I would recommend everyone to avoid any of these travel websites if possible, and stick with your personal travel agents. Just horrible service, and on the website it is quite cumbersome to obtain a simple phone number to contact them. Never use cleartrip folks, stick with yatra or makemytrip, even though they are (almost) just as useless and frustrating.
