Cleartrip_Support Cares
Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I booked a hotel room through cleartrip 8 days before check-in date. Then a cleartrip executive calls me 2 days before check-in telling me that the hotel is actually full and they cannot give me the rooms. All this after I pay them in advance and they give me a confirmation.
Then they offer me lower grade hotels. I had only so much time to argue as I was travelling a day before the check-in date and I had to accept what they had to offer. Cleartrip will ruin your trip, that is their WayToGo!
