Beware! Cleartrip's system glitch costed me 10K and my daughter's much-anticipated holiday. I had booked return tickets for my daughter through cleartrip app. The app has a feature, wherein you can select from the saved passenger list. I opted for my daughter's name from the list and booked the ticket paying about INR10K. To my dismay, the tickets were issued in my name and not my daughter's! Ticket has my name and my daughter's date of birth! Their Customer care is trying to cover up and not give me a solution. The tickets are useless for me since airlines refuse to name change. Think twice before booking here.
