Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had booked to and fro tickets for flights from Mysore to Kochi round trip from Cleartrip using flexi option of cleartrip. The airline canceled the onward journey from their end because of which I could not undertake the journey. I initiated a refund request from cleartrip for the round trip. This unprofessional website took almost a month to even consider my request after applying on their website. After almost a month, they only processed my request for the onward journey but did not refund me for the return journey. Their customer care service is horrible and they give lame excuses for not being able to process the refund for the return journey. They were not even willing to consider my request even though it was not my mistake. Overall, my experience with the website was very bad.
