Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am waiting for refunds for a long time. First, I cannot see the cancelled trips in my account. They removed it and did not leave any trace of it.
(BUGGY SITE- your money can even stuck at payment gateway--good luck with refund in that case!) Basically, it can sometimes fail to show to trips booked, cancelled etc. Second, one flight which I cancelled, they took 600 for themselves and 750 for airline and refunded whatever was left.
As per their terms--they take only 300 ! (Trip ID 1110073199) (they can and will do what ever they was with your money) Third, two another flight cancellations, they are yet to refund me anything.
(Trip ID 1110073663 & 1110073502) (they will keep say--just 5-7 days more!) Fourth, not response to call, email, etc.
(I can't even begin to say how frustrated one can get) I am stuck with high amount with me and it is two weeks now and no reply/email from them. :( I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!
