Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

This portal can not be trusted. First, They are yet to refund my money for go air booking made 2 years back.


Secondly, We booked a hotel in Goa for December'25. We received a call followed by email saying hotel is not accepting the booking and we need to either cancel the booking or pay approx. 13000 more to the hotel directly. Imagine their credit and worth in the market. Pathetic service. customer care will hardly help you. Finally, I had to cancel the booking as I didn't want to ruin my holiday experience.
