Very Very bad experience with Cleartrip.. Review on Cleartrip

We had booked hotel Amaravathi in Guntur thru ClearTrip(Clear Trip Id: 17012834750) 3 days prior to travel. I got confirmation Voucher on booking thru mail. Next day, ClearTrip team called us and asking us to cancel the trip as the hotel rooms are sold out. I didn’t get justified answer from them on why I need to cancel the trip and when I booked and got confirmation voucher from Clear Trip. If something went wrong due to their system issues, they should have provided an alternate but they are not keen for that. I am very disappointed with Clear Trip and I lost creditability of bookings thru ClearTrip. This is unacceptable & unreasonable from ClearTrip and Next Level team is not ready to listen our concerns. The similar experience happens frequently with ClearTrip & I would strongly recommend not to go with Clear Trip.
