Cleartrip_Support Cares
Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had discount coupons for cleartrip mobile and tried to book through their mobile interface 4 times in the past one week. Every time the website fails after entering all information including payment information. Tried reaching their customer helpline which says the average wait time is 42 minutes.
Pathetic website backed by pathetic customer care. Better to use yatra or makemytrip anyday. Would not go back to cleartrip ever again. It is just not worth it even with the discount coupons.
