I requested them to file my return before a certain date since I would not be available after that date for verification. They accepted my assignment and I made the payment. But they did not send me the details for verification on time. As a result, my ITR was filed after the cut-off date and I had to pay huge penalty. I could have got it done from someone else if they would have informed me earlier. They took the money but did not do the work on time.
