I used the paid service to file my return which was initially a default return. I was assigned the CA, and he has taken proactive steps to submit my return. I received the acknowledgement from IT Department. I chose to buy the correct plan online as given on their website and my experience was excellent.
I have read several other complaints on the mouthshut for their service which is astonishing thing for me. I have a suggestion to Clear Tax to individually see these complaints and resolve them. Everyone's experience must be good to organisations which are offering paid services.
