It is a a very easy and intuitive site for uploading the tax filing compared to the complex India Govt Site. On top its free too and asks for monetary support whatever you want to give. Highly recommended for someone who wants to file the returns himself.
I was outside India and was not able to file the returns last year on time however I was able to submit the returns for last year and also got instance acknowledgement from the India Govt website too within minutes.
