Pathetic Support. Review on ClearTax

I would say cleartax has one of the most pathetic paid customer services/relationship manager and CAs. I paid for the ITR filing support and in return had to make 8 phone calls, unlimited follow-up reminders on chat to get my ITR filed just before the deadline. I paid INR 4000 with expectation that everything will be taken care by professionals and I dont have to worry about and also, I will get technical understanding about the ITR and tax challan. But to my surprise, cleartax relationship manager and CA both were highly unprofessional and it was a big nightmare to deal with this company/team. CA was the most pathetic and did not pick up my calls and after calling repeatedly, he answered just one call and then again no response throughout the ITR submission. I did not get any briefing from CA yet about the ITR and self assessment tax that I had to pay. Is this how you treat your paid customers/clients? I would never allow anybody in my circle to use cleartax in future.
