Last year in the december month I used this company my mean citrus pay wallet company for bank transaction I transfer 313 rs from citrus wallet to my pnb bank account but I don't received money in my bank account so I call in the customer care of citrus but the man said to me that the payment is completed from qur side so please check from your bank but when I go to my bank the bank employee said to me that payment is not received so it is the default of the wallet company. and this process is running for 1 month and after one with lots of efforts I got my money in my bank account.this is my personel experience.
