I have a banking as well as Credit card account with Citi for past 3 and a half years. I opened it as my salary account, so there was a zero balance account. Online banking is perfect. Never had to go to the branch. everything was done online without any issues.
But I recently changed my job and the new company does not have the tie up with CITI. So they are changing my account to normal savings account in which I will have to maintain 1 Lakh balance. This is too high. So I am closing my account.
Rest the banking was always good.
