I have never been as frustrated as I am with the calls from Citibank. It is almost a crime to hold a Citibank card. Everyday and I mean EVERYDAY someone from Citibank calls me offering a credit card. Doesn't matter if it is Diwali or Ramzan, they will call you. Marketing and selling your product is great, but this is overkill! It is a salary account hence I have no option but to stick with them.
Online service is great, customer service every time I have called is great but these calls overshadow everything that is great about them and just make it a brand I regret to be associated with.
