Guys, citibank is the worst of all the banks. Please don't open an account with this bank. Its a bank of robbers and looters. They will suddenly change their policies and will deduct your account giving the excuse of the policy change.
They will make you fool and tell you bullshit explanations for robbing your account. The CEO of citibank is a and his mother is a third grade. Its head in India here was a pick pocket before joining the citibank. Inspite of a good job, he could not leave his habit of robbing people and now he has implemented technical ways to do so.
If I would have been given the authority, I will burn all the offices of this bank and will shoot all its owners. Bloody cheats all of them. Its right that I am being too emotional, but believe me I have been so frustrated and fed up with this bank that I think I am still speaking in a decent way for them.
They will eat up your hard earned money and you could do nothing but to beat the bush. Don't go for citibank. It sucks like hell.
