Citi's performance has been covered by many members here. I can not explain my frustration with this bank in words. You have to become an a/c holder to experience their pathetic service. One department does not know what the other is up to. They claim that they are an MNC bank! Their service is fit for tribes of Africa who do not deal with money. They are not fit to serve customers in any developed or developing country.
They are never satisfied with tormenting their customer. So they ask the customers to opt for more and more products. Gullible customers fall in the trap only to repent later.
Their ATM service is pathetic, outdated and at least 10-15 years behind of what other banks are offering. They think that by offering dip card readers, they can score over other banks.
If you want peace, then avoid this bank plague.
