I hold 2 accounts and multiple products with Citi, while I also have acc with ICICI, Kotak, BOI, SBI, I will never go to any other bank for my master Banking. ICICI is a Sad what happened to those guys. I use Kotak only for the trade factor. Nothing else comes to close these guys. Though Kotak security features are pretty good. I wish they provide better Interest rates for loyal customers for Deposits. Use them for what they are for. Don't use them for what they are not for.
