Hi Friends! now I like to share my experience about citibank.


In this modern world every one needs a bank account.


On that same way I also last year applied a bank account for this bank.


The main sick is minimum balance we balanced 1000rs above.


Then they took one month for account opening.


Mostly y we used mobile banking or else net banking? because of us comfortable and saving timing.


But through mobile banking or net banking what ever its most of the time we received a message transcation failed.


Server error prblms.


Suppose if we applied a loan they put a 30%interest.


At the same time we deposit a amount, which means we got a low interest for our deposit.


Netbanking transcation charge also high.


Coustmer care is very lazy.


So uneducated peoples suffers from this service because of their's uncomfortable work.


Comparing to anyother banks its pathetic to manage.


Uncomfortable and waste of time and energy.
