Fraud Done by CITIBANK. Review on Citibank

This is regarding my CITIBANK saving account.I have account in CITIBANK, 1.5 month back I gave post dated cheque to HSBC Collection department for the payment of my HSBC credit card from my CITIBANK Saving account.

These collection department people, as there job is to collect the payment ASAP.They counter signatured on my cheque and changed the date.When they gave this cheque to CITIBANK for clearance, CITIBANK Passed the cheque for clearance without even carefully matching the counter signature.

I am sure evn I HSBC people even print my cheque somehow and make the signature , CITIBAK will pass it.Because I sent ataleast 30-40 mails to CITIBANK , and always got the response that your counter signature was matching so we gave the cheque for clearance.

I will never suggest any customer to have your saving account with bank like CITIBANK/HSBC.They are the fraud people and biggest think they dont even except this fault in the sytem.
