Bank is big need for every person now.i have my account in citi bank from my company refrence.this bank demands one lakhs to open a new saving accounts and need to maintain as well.this is not cool point and also doesnt suits for the middle class person.All facilities are great never faced problem to make shopping through mobile/internet banking.own atm s of this bank are very less thanks to another bank atm When I left my job, then account automatically turned into saving account and I went to bank and ask to discontinue the account, they did so instantly due to good custmer services.but I dont like these later facilities.so I dislike this bank.
