Stay away if you dont need them. Review on Citibank

Their service really sucks. We have a corporate banking account and feel treated less than a retail client of any other bank in India. Don’t know what they think about them? Since they have less staff all have multiple responsibilities and authorities which mean EGO. Stay away from them. The staff is moody and may help you occasionally which you should consider as your lucky day. Right from peon to manager you will feel an ego, just spend few min with them and you will realize. The only advantage you may have is a good foreign fund transfer especially from North America. Their systems often stuck or you may have transaction update 24 hrs late than normal. Since ours is a corporate account do not wish to revile further. You may think why we are stuck with them, the reason we have a subsidiary working in US, transacting with Citibank. - So consider again.
