Recovery Harrassement on Wrong Telephone number. Review on Citibank

I have neither taken any loan nor do I use any Credit cards, still I get Harrassment calls on my Telephone number( 25896587) daily morning, at 8.00 a.m. I am fed of these calls.

The irritating calls are about some body named Mr. Satish Jadhav, who is a defaulter, and must have given my telephone number or may be by error, my telephone number has been entered as Satish Jadhav.

I have given a simillar complaints to Consumer Complaint board, customer care dett,

I am confused because without taking any loans or credit cards, I am getting harrassed by Citi financial Call Centres. They think I am the defaulter, Satish Jadhav and talk rudely, though I try to explain them that this is a wrong number, they insist on this call is being recorded etc. If the call is getting recorded, they should have known by now that this is a wrong number. When ever I inform them about wrong number, they say that, the number is fed as Defaulter's number, and can't be altered. so they keep on calling every day morning.
