This was about 2-3 weeks ago ...
I had visited the citifinancial website , they have advertised 7.45% interest rate for home loan ( with a conditions apply * ) .. I approached thier office . I was told to meet a lady by the gaurd, she seemed busy I thought at first , but as soon as I was seated , she told me to speak on the phone with a person who was on mobile .(??? ) . I asked about the interest rate and the conditions ..... he told me this interest rate will be applicable only for current year , then by the third year it will same as the mainstream rate ....
I asked him if I can get the details on paper , he did'nt gave a reply ... , I asked the lady if she can provide me some sort of pamplet or document on which these conditions were mentioned .... she also could not provide me any document.... instead I was asked to give my contact number ..... I gave her my mailid and asked her to mail me the conditions / clauses ....
Till date no mail or phone has come from them .....
If these people don't provide even a simple document ....how can one trust them for handling documents which have the value of lakhs of rupees .....
