I'm having account with Citibank from past 5 years and its really good. I haven't faced any problems til now. In initial days there is no charge for with drawing amount from any bank, but not due to changes made by rbi rules haver changed and this is only problem I've faced as we will not find much city bank atms like Other banks. Citi bank mobile application is also very good, really money can be transferd fast and easily. Even we can link all out credit cards in app and we can pay bills through this only.
Over all citi back people will respond on time and I'm happy with all services provided by them.
