Yes.. its true as they say Citibank... Citi never sleeps...
the good features include ATM / Debit card and also its acceptance wide over. Many shops and restaurants now accept this card so need of worrying to carry cash... and also things like drafts and cheques request can be done online which are delivered quickly. The good thing is the delivery of drafts to other locations(outstations) by them without us worrying. This I liked most because I stay at different location(bangalore) and my parents stay far form here. I just order a draft and they will deliver it to my hometown.
I even have a credit card which I find useful whenever I needed and was cash crunch....
One thing I dont like is they charge Rs 100/- for a branch visit which no other bank charges.
