Hi Citibank Customers,
I feel really sorry about you guys. I suggest no Indian woman should go for Citibank credit cards. I have a cousin sister who is going through hell becoz of Citibank Recovery Staff.
She took a overdraft on her credit card and once as she was out of town couldnt make payment and so citibank has clubbed together the card card amount and the loan amount which comes upto 2 lakhs!!!!!! with no reason. Nobody from customer care is willing to give the reason for mixing this. THEY JUST MONEY THATS ALL. One customer care guy asks her to take EMI facility for final settlement!!!!
Briefly, she has not yet paid the money and wants to take legal action on the back for all these harrassments. Can you believe how cheap they are....they even call u up early morning at 6 AM and ask abut the outstanding. Recovery people went to her house and thretened her old mother. SHE IS REALLY GO THROUGH HELL....CAN ANY BODY SUGGEST ME HOW TO HELP HER????????????
Please dont ignore this request, I want some suggestions from you guys on how to deal on this.
