I made a purchase of diaries yesterday, but the experience I had was terrible. They committed to delivering the 70 diaries I needed by evening, but when I came to pick up the order, they said it was not in stock. They only want the purchases to be made in their particular store, but don't care about what the customer needs or wants. Had a very bad experience, won't recommend for any kind of shopping.
