I bought a water heater( 15Lts) capacity with plastic casing manufactured by Marc( not much of info I got about this company) but I was give good hopes about this product, but after using it I felt I have choosen one of the worst product. Within a matter of 11 months the water heater got huge problems
a. In the first month there was one water leak from the tank, they rectified it b. In the 6 month the Thermostat went out and they replace it c. In the 8 month again the thermostat went for a toss, I entangled with the Marc fellows to replace it but the marketing guy with their usual Fancy words said we will fix it and it will not have any problem d. In the 10 month again the water was not getting heated, they came and found that there is some problem with the temp control and also the filament is gone.
I insisted again to change but they said no and they replace it e. In the 11 month the whole tank is leaking, its leaking from all parts of the water heater. I insisted on them to change the product but still they are not doing it .And again this marketing guys are telling me dont get emotional on this, how can I not be emotional where in I have paid 4500 bucks on this junky product. Will the marketing guy pay the price.Just wanted to reassure to all you guys "BETTER BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING ANY PRO FROM THIS BRAND"
