Well, your looking for some sound, eh? Whether your getting bigger speakers for your smaller ones, or getting speakers because it never had any... then you may want to read the advice below. I will give you step-by-step instructions on going about getting the right kind of speakers you want!

STEP 1: First brainstorm where exactly you are going to place the speakers. If you are replacing them with older ones, or smaller ones.. then you might want to measure the size of the speakers that are already in there. Then from that, examine how big you want your speakers. You will also want to know, how many speakers you will replace. My friends and I have only replaced just our 2 back speakers, because that's where most the sound comes from, and that's where there's more room for larger speakers. I used to have 2 6 inch original speakers in the back of my car, now I have 2 replaced 12 inch speakers. And, boy... does that sound tight!

STEP 2: There are many places where you can buy a good set of speakers from. I personally, bought mine from Kicker, one of the best speaker manufacturing companies out there. But if you are going down the cheaper road, then you could actually go to Wal-Mart and find a good set.

So, after you have bought your speakers according to your size.. then you might wanna get an instruction booklet to show exactly how to install your speakers, or you can just take them and your car to your nearest sound installers and get them installed for you.

STEP 3: If you have the speakers up as loud as they will go and you still don't like the sound. Then you may want to buy an amp. An amp amplifies the sound and quality that a regular speaker gives, and can come in different watts. You can either go back to Wal-Mart and find yourself a good amp, or you can just look though any speaker magazine and find the right one for you.

Hopefully, I helped you on buying the right sound . There are plenty of places, and different products that you can choose from that will help you worth the while. Speakers, basically show the person you are, so make sure to choose the right ones!
