I had gone to their Nungambakkam restaurant for Onam Sadya....it was a horrible experience..first of all they ask you to pay before serving lunch and then we waiting for 5 minutes for the side dishes to served (with a table spoon)...we have to wait for 15 minutes after the side dishes were served for them to get the rice.
At that point we were told that they didnt expect this much of crowd...so we patiently waited for them to serve rice...the rice that was served was not boiled properly.....it was also not dried....there was water in the rice.....then comes the horrible part...when we ask them about this their response is silence.
When we ask them to refund the amount again silence.....asked them atleast half the amount again silence.....got fed up with them and we came out hungry....Please do not try this place......the customer service here is horrible...they care a pin about what you say....
