I do not know how someone gave approval to a company called Chola MS to operate an insurance company The people who work there are so poorly educated, cannot talk proper English. Mostly from Bihar and UP. Cannot understand the issues and do not know their company's own rules. If you take any policy from Chola MS it will be a nightmare. So watch out before taking a policy from this so called Insurance company!
